Lead and manage the engineering function and manage a team of multidiscipline engineers for various construction projects from concept stage to project execution stage. To conduct the engineering tasks in accordance with the approved program and in compliance with the applicable policies / standards / procedures and the regulatory requirements, within the allocated time, cost with optimal use of resources.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overall responsibility for project development and execution of projects, manages budgets, supervises multiple teams from beginning to end, including all phases prior to construction activities.
- Developing efficient processes, executing effective strategies, and ensuring the time completion of projects.
- Set-up and maintain an effective communication network for the project.
- Collaborate with client, other management personnel, provide instruction to engineering teams, and ensure the successful completion of projects on time, quality, and within budget.
- Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.
- Proposing and managing budgets for projects
- Adhere to all set company and client policies and procedures, including specific regulations addressing safety.
- To ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations
- To provide effective and efficient site administration, meetings, and reporting
**Qualification**:
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum experience 10 years
- Having broad knowledge in technical related to the industry sector.
- Hold _SKA Ahli Utama Bangunan Gedung_ (Certificate of Expertise in Building) - preferably
- Hold _SKA Teknik Jalan_ (Certificate of Expertise in Road Engineering) - preferably
- Hold _SKA Geoteknik_ (Certificate of Expertise in Geotechnical) - preferably
- Hold _SKA Teknik Mekanikal_ (Certificate of Expertise in Mechanical Engineering) - preferably
- Hold _SKA Teknik Tenaga Listrik_ (Certificate of Expertise in Electric Power Engineering) - preferably
