Event Coordinator Intern

Conduct reserach, and gather information about current events in the beauty industry
- Take part in planning, and managing all events within the company
- Liaise with partners, vendorsm and other parties to plan and run the event smoothly
- Propose ideas to imporve the overall event experience
- Organize and manage all event details
- Cooperate with the marketing team to promote the event
- Proactively handel any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging concerning the evenet
- Conduct pre, and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
- Final year srudents with previous event management experience ( Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Passionate about the beauty industry
- BA/BS degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related discipline is a big plus
- Great communication skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- MS. Office proficiency
- Excellent English proficiency (verbal & written)
- Adaptable, self-driven, and willing to learn
- Able to manage various projects within set deadlines
- Able to start as soon as possible
