Job Title: Contract Executive

Location: Tangerang

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Contract Manager in overseeing contract-related activities, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with the Contract Manager in creating and revising legal documents, particularly those related to contract agreements and projects.
- Ensure timely submission of contractual reports and documentation to regulatory authorities, maintaining compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct comprehensive research on contract laws and regulations to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Manage the company's portfolio of contracts, ensuring validity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Establish effective communication channels with external legal entities, facilitating smooth coordination and resolution of contract-related issues.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Law is mandatory.
- An advocate license is preferable.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of law, with a background in a law firm, company, or a combination of both.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle work under pressure, a willingness to travel, eagerness to learn, and a reputation for trustworthiness.

Additional Queries:

- Familiarity with aviation regulations and industry-specific legalities is a plus.
- Previous experience in handling legal aspects of aircraft projects is highly desirable.
