**Job Descriptions**:

- Manage schedules & Calendars; arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting document
- Manage all incoming and outgoing memorandums and reports
- Arrange administrative and archiving activities of Director
- Responsible for All incoming and outgoing letters correspondences
- Receive and welcome the visitors and arrange proper channels for communications with them.
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Secretary or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field
- Having good communication, organization skill, and interpersonal skill
- Good knowledge in filling system, meeting arrangement, etc
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Program
- Willing to be placed in BSD City


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
