Export Import Customer Service Rep (Ft)

**Job Details**:

- MAX AGE 35 YEARS.
- EDUCATION MIN D3/S1 ALL MAJORS. (S1 from Logistics University are Recommended)
- MIN 3 TH WORK EXPERIENCE in the field of forwarding, logistics/ppjk/emkl. (MORE preferred)
- ATTRACTIVE APPEARANCE & able to speak active English.
- COMMUNICATIVE, Thorough, diligent, honest and able to work together as a Team.
- Able to create and input manifest data.
- Has a wide network and a large customer database.
- Able to work under pressure.

**TASK**:

- Responsible for preparing & checking documents AS WELL as export-import activity report to CLIENT.
- Responsible in finding freight both export and import.
- Coordinate via telephone with vendors, customers and agents.
- Coordinate with agents related to export import and forwarding activities.
- Carry out an effective marketing strategy and oriented to achieving company targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with business partners.
