**Position Overview**:
As the Extended Workforce Specialist within our organization, you will take charge of overseeing the comprehensive labor outsourcing process. Your role will be pivotal in managing the relationship with our external HR outsourcing vendor and ensuring the seamless execution of HR functions. Your proficiency in HR processes, vendor collaboration, and operational excellence will be essential to maintaining a successful outsourcing partnership.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary liaison between our company and the external HR outsourcing vendor, fostering clear and efficient communication.

Monitor the vendor's performance against defined service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations, ensuring quality and adherence.

Manage end-to-end labor outsourcing operations, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams to define precise HR outsourcing requirements, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Contribute to the selection and onboarding of HR outsourcing vendors, evaluating their capabilities in line with our strategic direction.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendor representatives, promptly addressing concerns and proactively seeking resolutions.

Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance, delivering constructive feedback and opportunities for enhancement.

Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to facilitate smooth information flow between our company and the vendor.

Collaborate with the vendor to troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that may arise during the outsourcing process.

Generate reports and updates for senior management, highlighting the impact and performance of HR outsourcing activities.

Identify avenues for improved efficiency, effectiveness, and cost optimization within the outsourcing process.**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, vendor management, or related roles.
- Proficient project management skills, managing multiple tasks, initiatives, and stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication proficiencies, facilitating collaborative interactions with
- internal teams and external vendors.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, vendor performance management, and compliance tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, approaching challenges proactively to achieve
- resolutions.
- Proficiency in Ms Excel.
- Exemplary professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential HR and vendor information.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
