F&B Brand Manager

Have Work with Senior Brand Manager for brand / product related activities and develop marketing strategies to leverage the position of the brands
- whilst optimizing consumer synergies
- for all Soy products.
- Product management collaborate with multiple functions for product launch & relaunch management.
Starting from generating consumer insight
- concept curation
- calculate business opportunity
- launch / relaunch project management
- communication brief
- etc.
all the way to monitors implementation in the market.
- Ensure all marketing activities (ATL- BTL- in-store) are implemented on timely
- as well as coordinate with multiple functions and external agencies for marketing activities implementations.
- Differentiate the nutrition business offering with commercially exploitable opportunities.
- Leading portfolio assessment and implementing agreed plan.
- Developing plan to market strategies by utilizing the full marketing mix.
- Full budgetary responsibility to ensure promotion campaign and initiative are launched effectively
- in terms of spending limits and campaign impact.
- Undertaking complete analysis of market and brand performance and closely monitoring all implementations.
**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Brand Manager: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
