Field Sales Recovery Supervisor

**General Overview**

The Field Supervisor (Sales Recovery) supports and supervises activities of credit management and collection targets on the field as well as commodity procurement.

This role will report directly to the Area Manager.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Manage control matters to delinquent loan accounts regularly constantly execute collections those delinquent loan accounts on recovery policies procedures
- Building good relation with Local Government (Like Kelurahan, Kecamatan & Polsek or Polres) to ensure smooth recovery process on the area.
- Supervise, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of collection functions and processes.
- Manage corn procurement in the area to meet the targeted volume and quality.

**Requirements**:

- Willing to be placed in all Central Java Area
- 2-3 years of experience as Supervisor Collection on Financing or Banking Industry
- Target achievement oriented and data driven
- Comfortable working mobile and travelling (owning motorcycle and SIM C).
- Able to speak English is Mandatory

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
