About the job
Execute selected service of our 360º service portfolio on standard products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete ALSOC learnings and assessments as assigned by the mentor.
- Read and digest maintenance manuals and complete learning logs relative to your product exposure.
- Support and learn how to execute maintenance and repairs on standard products at customer sites.
- Complete preparation checklists for the service job to be undertaken.
- Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
- Report unsafe practices, and incidents and work for continuous improvement.
- Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales opportunities to sales organization.
- Proactive recommendation to customers for purchase of spares.
- Execute service in our Service Centers as required.
- Will be located in Palembang, Surabaya or Balikpapan
What You Know
- At least 3-5 years experience in repairing and maintenance services of industrial machinery/equipment.
- Having an electrical or automation background but like to work with mechanical work is a plus.
- Having hands-on experience with heat exchanges, separator, decanter is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
