Finance Accounting Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Manage the report to management, OJK and other stakeholders- Manage financial reports related to budgets, assets, payables, expenses and financial model which includes Revenue Model, Expense Model, Business Roll Out, Profit & Loss, and Sensitivity Analysis- Manage the process of reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets- Manage the liaise and communication with stakeholders (group, external and internal auditor, regulators and etc)- Manage the treasury functions and banking finance operation team- Provide accounting advice on bank and multifinance products and initiatives- Develop finance system, policies and procedures and the control processes**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance- Have working experiences as Finance & Accounting manager at Multifinance, Leasing Company or Bank min. 8 years- Have commercial and business awareness- Have a good communication skills in English - both written and verbal- Have a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data- Able to stick to time constraints- Have negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Up to Rp40,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience working in Leasing/Multifinance/Bank?**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Finance Managerial: 8 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
