Finance & Accounting Staff

**Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Knowledge of finance-accounting business process
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, data
- entry, and reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey financial information clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Experience in using Accurate System & Internet Banking
- Excellent computer and Ms. Office Skills
- Readiness to work in Kemayoran, Jakarta

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update accounting, Finance record and Files
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by AP, AR, assets, liabilities and expenses)
- Generate invoice and merge with supporting documents
- Manage daily operation payments
- Detail oriented, responsible, discipline and be able to work individually and as a part of the team
- Reconciling student admissions and recapitulating student admissions & Invoicing for school partner
- AP, AR and Bank Reconciliation

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Finance and Accounting: 1 year (required)
