Finance Business Partner - Senior Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare finance related MIS for B2B Nespresso & Distribution.
- Support the budgeting process and incentive structure related to B2B and Distribution as per FP timeline.
- Review of AR Aging Outstanding - B2B Nespresso & Distribution reports and working with teams for timely collection.
- Cost optimization opportunity in Distribution business ( monitor travel, SPG productivity, promo claims).
- Also principal claims on timely manner and tracking Deliver FP target and within 45 days after qtr end collection of principal claims.
**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree (preffered in Accounting or Business Management) with GPA more than 3.00
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience as Finance Staff
- Analytical thinking & comfortable in using advance MS Office (excel and PPT in specific) & reporting tools
- Experience in retail industries (preferred)
- Self driven and must be a good team player
- Good communication skills (English and Bahasa)
