Finance Invoicing Management Intern

We are running foodspot.co.id, the largest corporate F&B online delivery platform. We serve many corporate clients and issuing many invoices. Looking for finance intern with job description below.

1. Help Finance to create invoices.

2. Collecting Support Document for submit Invoice (Purchase Order, Goods Received Note, Delivery Orders/ Surat Jalan/ Service Delivery Acceptance/ BAST (authorized by the goods or service receiver) to Vendors/ Customers.

3. Preparing Hardcopy Invoice to be sent to customers.

4. Archive Receipt Delivery invoice and re-ensure that Invoice sent has been received by Customer.

Working schedule is flexible but request work from office at least 3 days per week.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Rp500,000 - Rp700,000 per month

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
