Under the holding of PT Surya Fajar Capital Tbk, Dipay is to create synergies between Company's business units and will always adapt to the fast and ever-growing development in technology to ensure great quality user experience and within our payment services through technology.We are looking for a finance specialist to join our team, with at least a 2-year work experience.**What You Will Be Doing**- Perform daily work with high complexity, including data entry, bookkeeping, preparing financial and accounting reports, and reconciliation operating activities.- Assist in preparing routine documentation and monitoring accounts.- Executing routine finance administration, recording, and filing all documents needed.- Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data and verifying data.- Ensure accounting processes are properly executed and assist process improvement when necessary.- Support finance and accounting with special projects and workflow process improvements.- Helping finance manager to develop and implement accounting procedures and recommending changes.- Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, and have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel (able to use formulas related to finance).- Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team.- Fast learner with a high level of accuracy in completing the work.- Highly motivated and well organized.g- Attention to accuracy and detail required.- Great communication and interpersonal skills.- A flexible person ready to work in a fast-paced startup.**Job Types**: Full-time, Trial period contract**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- finance: 2 years (required)
