Fit Out Staff - Aerium Apartment

**Job Descriptions**:

- Control and supervise the fit-out tenant work with all those involved in it, both administrative and technical so that it runs well.
- Review tenant designs to ensure that the design is in accordance with building standards.
- Design decorations and ensure that the tenant's lid partition is in a comfortable, neat, and safe condition to maintain customer levels.
- Review and provide feedback for skills, attendance attitude, etc of contractor workforce and rate months to improve their on-site performance.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architect Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Fit Out Staff (preferably in the property industry like an Apartment or Commercial Building).
- Having communication and negotiation skill.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office) and AutoCad software or other design software that can support fit-out work.
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
