**Responsibilities**:
- Leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company sales target.
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Managing and maintaining sales operations to ensure customers have the best experience end-to-end.
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.

Must have 10 years+ business development experiences in between these industries: FMCG, banking, fintech companies Held various sales roles, especially Senior Manager or VP level Has experience on leading B2B sales Accustomed to be independent key-person in representing sales division Strong sales skills Proven Track record of closing deals Strong people skill and communication skills Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
