Food Innovation Manager

Develop new pastry and others product regularly to update new variant
- Liaise with Marketing Division to decide the new product launch
- Liaise with Purchasing Division and suppliers to ensure raw material needs
- Develop standard recipe menu and train restaurant team to produce the approved new product
- Monitor new product launch and analyze with the current market to make evaluation report

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree from Food Technology
- Min. 2 years have experience as Research & Development in an F&B Company
- Have basic knowledge of food regulations such as food safety standards and food Cost Management
- Creative, Independent, Fast Response/Learning
- Able to work under pressure
