Foreman Tyre

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of tyre technicians and maintenance workers, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for tyre inspection, repair, and replacement for all heavy mining equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of tyres for wear, damage, and proper inflation; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Be available for overtime, standby and call-outs as needed.
• Perform administrative duties to ensure accurate records, budget compliance and equipment spare availability.


JOB REQUIREMENT

• SMK Teknik Mesin or D III/ S1 in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as foreman Tyre.
• Good leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Preferably POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certified.
