Produce timely and accurate financial statements, consists of Annual Budget,Strategic Plan, Monthly Forecast (PL, BS, CF)
- Maintain global and zone financial reporting and local reconciliation
- Maintain actual landing financial delivery on monthly, quarterly and yearly performance
- Review monthly actual result versus Budget, Forecast, Last Year and provide commentaries
- Build intense communication with budget holders to ensure that they are fully aware of their responsibilities and to ensure actual results are in line with the budget
- Send out monthly spending (expenses) versus budget to all Department Heads on monthly basis, including variance analysis, commentary, and remaining budget
- Provide financial support to Commercial and Operation Team Function in term of business project
- Prepare financial report on an ad hoc basis
About you
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field is usually required. Many FP&A Managers hold a master's degree (such as an MBA) as well, which can be an advantage.
- Need several years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. This could range from 5 to 10 years or more, depending on the company's requirements and the complexity of the role. Prior experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is crucial.
- Financial Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and using financial software and tools.
- Advanced Excel skills for creating complex financial models and performing data analysis.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- **Analytical and Strategic Skills**:
- Ability to analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable strategies.
- Strategic thinking to contribute to long-term financial planning and decision-making.

- Effective communication skills to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to executive teams and board members.
- **Leadership and Team Management**:
- Experience managing and leading a team of financial analysts or other professionals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on financial goals.
- **Adaptability and Time Management**:
- The finance landscape can change rapidly, so the ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is important.
- **Business Acumen**:
- Understanding of the company's industry, market trends, competitors, and other external factors that could impact financial performance.
