Fp&A Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating business performance report
- Analyzing and report on business performance
- Carry out regular analysis and forecasting variations
- Cooperate with various divisions or third parties in analyzing trends to gain insight and identify opportunities to develop company business processes
- Management reporting
- Develop efficiencies in business processes
- Identify ideas and initiatives that can improve business process efficiency
- Cooperate with various divisions in improving the quality and quantity of business process
- Ad hoc and project managements
- Variance analysis

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years in FP&A, valuation or advisory role
- Expert in financial modelling
- Data analysis (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communicator at all levels.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must
