**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be the key contact for Unilever Indonesia, ensuring regular and effective communication that caters to their needs and expectations. Strong presentability is required due to the client-facing nature of the role.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Publicis Le Pont team in Poland and London, as well as with other stakeholders, to ensure efficient execution of projects.
- Manage content across multiple pages and products, maintaining an organized and updated portfolio for Unilever's e-commerce pages on platforms like Tokopedia, Lazada, Shopee, Blibli TikTok, etc. This includes, but is not limited to, product shots, descriptions, price changes, offers, and other relevant content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create and manage project plans for content creation, curation, distribution, and analytics.
- Independently manage multiple complex digital projects simultaneously from concept through delivery, ensuring accurate timeline management and low tolerance for errors.
- Effectively navigate project changes and updates while continually assessing project needs and resources.
- Analyze and report on the performance of different content and campaigns, offering insights and suggestions for improvements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Unilever's product portfolio, market positioning, and business objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in digital project management, preferably in a digital agency or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing content on major e-commerce platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to present and communicate effectively in a client-facing role is essential.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment with very low tolerance for errors.
- Knowledge of Unilever's product portfolio and the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
