Front Desk Agent performing their daily tasks at the Front Office are playing an important role in forming a quality image of the hotel as the guest's first impression, when coming to the reception area. The manner in which a Front Desk Agent performs his / her duty has a tremendous effect on the guests' perception of the hotel.
