Have experience as Call Center, IT Helpdesk or similar field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**Required Skill(s)**: SQL, troubleshooting, networking, helpdesk, service desk, mobility
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software
Having good analytical problem solving and good communication skill
Excellent in English both spoken and written
Willing to work in shifts
Placement in Semarang Tanggung Jawab
Resolving problems about IT for clients
