Summary
- Assists Front Office Team Leader in the preparation and updates of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual. Front Office Host operation in particular
- Ensures all information including but not limited to restaurants, hotel facilities and other miscellaneous are updated periodically.
- Ensures Guest Experience Management notes are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain the Front Office - Host daily Log book.
- Ensure all incidents are reported and submitted in timely manner.
- Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
- Aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.
- Familiar with the hotel's products and services.
- Implement consistent guest recognition programmes and maintains a relevant guest history database.
- Handles all guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible hospitality and experience during the Arrival, stay and departure.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Deliver signature experiences for each of the touchpoints a customer has during a Park Hyatt journey.

**Qualifications**:

- Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
- Has minimum 1 (One) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
- Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
- Strong in leadership and business acumen
- Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
