**Job Deskripsi**
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering and product manager
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
**Requirements (MID/SENIOR LEVEL ONLY)**:
- Minimal 3 years of experience with WordPress such as PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Have working experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role and have demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio
- Expert in WordPress (Medium / Senior Level)
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, Sketchapp, Adobe Ilustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Marvel, Zeplin or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
- Experience working in an WordPress development process is a must
**Our Ideal Candidats**:
- High Level Experience and knowledge with creating high quality UI/UX Design using Figma/ Adobe etc. and building responsive web pages using WordPress builder tools.
- Comfortable adding animation effects such as parallax and hover animations
- Ability to design intuitive and special feature as needed such as integrate contact form, essentials plugin etc.
- Ability to perform the task with mínimal guidance.
- Ability to work independently or within team work
- Ability to meet the deadline on time.
