About The Program

Future Bankers Program (FBP) is **6 to 12 - month program **aimed at early-career talents who are keen to take on **sales and service roles in banking industry**. The program has been designed to provide you with an comprehensive banking knowledge and experience in banking business process. You will learn many aspects of knowledge related to designated position in banking industry and develop core competencies and technical skills which will fast-track your career as a bankers.

Bachelor's Degree with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 (all major)
Fresh graduate or having work experience maximum of 2 years
Demonstrate the following qualities: good integrity, business acumen, communication/interpersonal skills, target-driven, meticulous, high motivation and growth mindset
Fluent in English and Mandarin are preferable
