**Job Deskripsi**
- Engage in prospecting and visitation of agents, brokers, and customers, aiming to promote and sell company products and services.
- Collaborate with agents and brokers to gather necessary underwriting information, ensuring the provision of targeted insurance solutions.
- Establish robust professional relationships with agents, brokers, and customers to drive profitable sales production, deliver excellent service, encourage repeat sales, and generate referrals for additional customer contacts and production.
- Generate and analyze monthly activity/call reports to assess performance.
- Recommend and implement changes to integrate company products effectively into the distribution network within the designated region/territory, achieving maximum market penetration and meeting business unit goals and objectives.
- Work closely with regional offices, other Zurich business units, and profit centers to cultivate leads and contacts for potential business opportunities, as well as cross-marketing or product density initiatives.
- Follow up on calls and quotations made to agents, brokers, and customers, addressing any inquiries and closing sales.
