**General Manager for the Opening of Stunning Bali Property & Convention Centre!**

Our Client is on the lookout for an outstanding Soft Opening General Manager of an awe-inspiring property with 400 luxurious rooms and a state-of-the-art 5000-people convention centre.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee the pre-opening preparations**:

- **Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals, setting a high standard for guest service and staff excellence.**:

- **Collaborate with various departments to establish standard operating procedures, ensuring an exceptional guest journey during their stay.**:

- **Work closely with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies and generate excitement for the soft opening.**:

- **Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, local partners, and suppliers to ensure a successful launch and ongoing success.**:

- **Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continually enhance the guest experience and service offerings.**

**Requirements**:
**Proven experience as a General Manager in high-end resort or hotels, especially in Southeast Asia**

**Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve excellence.**

**Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations.**

**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.**

**Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.**
