Job Description Develop And Execute Sales Strategies To Promote The Services.Build And Manage A High-performing Sales Team.Cultivate Strong Relationships With Clients And Partners In The Indsutry.Stay Up-to-date With Industry Trends And Opportunities In Indonesia And Japan.Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders To Ensure Smooth Operations And Successful Placements.Monitor And Report On Sales Performance And Provide Strategic Insights.Requirement Fluency in Japanese is a must.Previous experience in a similar role within the industry, especially in Indonesia.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.Strong strategical thinking and have a solid business mindset.
