General Manager Marketing

Manage and ensure that the core activities are functioning smoothly and efficiently, while developing and driving a strategy, in line with the company strategy, allowing to achieve long term profitable growth in the country
- Analyze markets, identify business opportunities, and develop the business strategy in accordance with the Group strategy, and ensure the implementation of business development initiatives, oriented towards a sustainable and healthy growth of the business.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
- Identify key customers and build sustainable relationships with new and existing key customers
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the overall company performance.
Establish the entity annual budget and ensure the achievements of plans and targets agreed with the Board of Directors.
Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
- Proven experience in a managerial role
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans
- Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Previous performance evaluation experience
- Working knowledge of human resources processes
