General Manager Operasional

Job description:- Supervise the projects process and prepare projects schedules.- Ensuring that projects is cost effective, also updating and improving Product Quality.- Monitor projects processes and adjust schedules as needed;- Ensure that products are produced on time and of good quality;- Calculate and ensure the availability of required human and material resources.- Estimating costs and setting quality standards- Create work programs and strategies to achieve projects and operational targets on a regular basis.- Monitor the projects work process from material preparation to finished goods.- Ensure operational projects processes and systems in each section run effectively and efficiently (zero defects/waste).- Ensuring the projects quality of each section is of good quality, starting from materials to finishing and packing processes.- Coordination with various related parties related to the projects process- Lead the projects team and be proactive as a problem solver in operational and communication problems that occur in internal projects.- Make regular reports and analysis of projects results to Management.- Responsible for the operations and work accuracy of each sectionQualifications:- S1 (Bachelor's Degree) and Master's Degree (Master's Degree) education- Minimum 10 years experience in a Manager or senior management position especially in operation- Have experience and ability in leading projects- Have good communication skills and able to educate operator level in technical and non-technical projects matters.- Have high analysis and initiative towards problems and resolve them with effective solutions- Can operate a computer (Microsoft Office) and familiar with Excel data.**Salary**: From Rp12,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Operation Management: 10 years (required)
