General Manager Sales - B2C

r client is a leading player in the learning and development space is currently looking for a GM Sales to help drive the business forward.

Job Responsibilities:

- Full responsibility for results, teams, budgeting, and growth strategies in your markets
- Manage and Lead high performing sales teams
- Strategize direct sales and development of sales strategies.
- Drive sales targets for the business.
- Manage and develop business development projects
- Drive local marketing and advertising initiatives in primarily for off-line channels
- Analyze local market needs and trend and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ensure excellence in operations, customer service and support.
- Recruit, develop and manage your team.
- Collaborate with central departments to implement initiatives on all levels.
- Participate in product development and run central projects for the whole program.

Key Requirements:

- 7 - 10 years of sales experience with a core focus in the direct to consumer space
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
- A proven track record of sales and marketing ad campaigns development with experience for the B2C Space
- The ability to design and lead, leveraging on your knowledge of the B2C Market
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in Direct Selling space is highly preferred (MLM, Education, Retail, Insurance, Tech, etc.)
