General Manager Sales

**Job Descriptions**:

- Supervising the team to create project proposal
- Planning advertisement campaigns and the sales of advertisement space
- Increasing revenue and number of clients (both ads agencies and direct clients)
- Delivering sales pitches to clients, convincing them to sign the ads deal
- Convincing potential customers to enumerate the benefits of purchasing an advertising space, emphasizing the capability of ads in reaching a target market
- Providing supervision to the ads sales teams and representatives
- Carrying out market research to identify new approach/techniques to advertising sales
- Developing standards for pricing to maximize company profit and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining good relationships with clients
- Liaising with various departmental heads in the company to deliberate on important matters
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Sufficient English competencies for GM level
- Having minimum 10 years of experience with 4 years experience in management
- Preferably someone with 5 years of working experience in the Media Company or Agency as Sales Manager or similar positions or roles
- Have a wide networking (preferably digital agency network)
- Self motivated to achieve personal target performance
- Bonus performance oriented

**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- General Manager: 5 years (required)
- Sales Manager: 5 years (required)
- working at a Online Media/Media Prduction/TV companies: 10 years (preferred)
