Job Responsibility General Service Staff (House Keeping): Requirements: Minimum education background is Diploma (D3) from any major or concentration Minimum 2 years experience as General Services or related roles in Property Management or Hospitality Industry Good administrative skills and vendor management Willing to work on weekend and public holiday Willing to work at Pondok Cabe (Tangerang Selatan) Responsibilities: Controlling, evaluating and providing completion recommendations for every operational process within the scope of activities in Section Housekeeping, Safety & Environment (General Services) and Housekeeping (cleaning service, security, safety, parking, valet parking, rodent control, hygiene & sanitize, landscaping, and garbage removal) and building facilities according to established standards Assist to manage each section within its scope of responsibility; including but not limited to the provision of services that ensure the maintenance and maintenance of operational facilities and infrastructure works effectively and efficiently. Coordinate, inform to each related section, and outside the relevant GS Section to be carried out proactively, responsively, quickly, on target, with good service quality to tenant Coordinate with property management team to supervise and control the House Rule, Fit Out Regulations, SOPs, PPs, LOAs, IKs, IOMs, Code of Conduct, as well as ensuring on-going activities based on Applicable Policies and Procedures, including and not limited to the management of building assets, and implementing computerized/automated systems. Assist in ensuring the realisation of operational costs does not exceed the budget available and according to the planned targets within.
