General Technician - Southgate

**Job Descriptions**:

- Inspect, maintain and repair building; along with its MEP system, in accordance with quality standards.
- Monitor vendor's work when building maintenance/repair is done by third party.
- Check the checklist of the contractor / vendor Property / Estate Management work so that it is in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR).

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in apartment / Building Management.
- Have experiences in maintaining Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing in Apartment/Mall.
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
