Job Description
Conduct geotechnical analyses and calculations to assess site conditions and recommend design parameters.
Prepare geotechnical engineering reports, including foundation design recommendations, slope stability analyses, and settlement assessments.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the design and construction phases.
Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to address geotechnical challenges and ensure project success.
Perform field inspections and construction monitoring to verify compliance with geotechnical specifications.
Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in geotechnical engineering.
Requirement
Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written
Possessing SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja) will be a huge plus
Strong background in geotechnical analysis and design, including familiarity with relevant software (Plaxis, Civil 3D, FLAC, gINT, etc)
Possess knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes (SNI, ASTM, AASHTO, FHWA, etc)
Experienced working on a variety of geotechncial proejcts including transportation, infrastructur, energy, and mining
Experienced managing geotechnical investigations and field exploration programs
Proficiency in geotechnical laboratory testing techniques and interpretation of results
Proven track record of project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
