- Membangun dan memperluas jaringan kemitraan strategis.
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan mitra yang sudah ada.
- Mengarahkan mitra dan menjalankan strategi penjualan secara langsung untuk mencapai target bisnis yang ditetapkan.
**Kualifikasi**:
- Pendidikan mínimal D3, S1, atau setara.
- Pengalaman kerja mínimal 2-5 tahun sebagai Sales di industri Asuransi Umum (General Insurance), Jasa Keuangan (Financial Service), & Otomotif (Automotif).
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & persuasi yang baik.
- Memiliki integritas yang tinggi dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
