**R**OLE AND **R**ESPONSIBILITIES**
Global Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating projects across multiple regions and countries. It ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans that outline project scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables. Ensure that project plans are communicated to all stakeholders and are updated regularly.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring that the project remains within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, team members, and other relevant parties. Ensure that stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and issues.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing risk management plans and contingency plans.
- Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including hiring and training team members, whether full time or part time on the project, setting project goals and objectives, and monitoring team performance.
- Communication: Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Project Evaluation: Evaluate project performance against established metrics and goals, and develop plans for improving future projects.
**Q**UALIFICATIONS AND **E**DUCATION **R**EQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or project management.
- At least 10 years of project management experience, including experience leading global projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably with Green or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma expertise
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with global business practices and cultures.
- Global mindset and inclusive
- Experience working with diverse teams across different time zones and regions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP is preferred but not required.
