This Role will be closely partnering with HR Director and manage all Compensation & Benefit matters for all the client operations across Indonesia**About the Company**: Our client is a world class Indonesian Mining company with operations in Java and Sulawesi, they are looking for a resilient and experienced Head of Compensation & Benefit (C&B) with strong stakeholder management, business acumen and experience in a complex environment of people in a mining industry.**Responsibilities**:- Design remuneration strategy and compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan, best practice in Mining industry and business objectives- Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity in all company operations site- Maintain / review / develop compensation and benefits package (policies and procedures) competitiveness level through external pay markets comparison.- Review and maintain the HRIS system to fit company strategy.- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data- Develop and evolve an organization's pay scale and structure- Oversee the distribution of pay to employees- Work closely with HR Director on reviewing organization structure, especially due to M&A- Coordinate with HRBP in every operations site regarding to C&B related issue.- Work with managers to help develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees- Develop a department budget and keep operations within that budget- Develop an HR team to ensure the provision of high-quality HR support and consultancy.- Oversee compensation and payroll support team- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs- Develop and manage the Human Capital Management Report regarding to C&B**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience as C&B Manager or combination of generalist and C&B managerial experience.- Experience working in Mining, Oil & Gas and or other commodities industry- Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.- Excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills. Strong ability to analyze and do data crunching.- Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.- Strong business acumen.- Expert coaching and counselling skills.- Strong process and project management skills.- Experience working in a highly matrixed HR environment.- Experience working with HRIS and HRMS- Based on Indonesian law this position only open for Indonesian citizen**Call for Action
