**Job Deskripsi**
- Establish and maintain positive relationships between their organization and government entities at various levels with key government officials including from MEMR, MoEF, BKPM and other relevant departments.
- Communicate effectively with government stakeholders to advocate for the company's interest while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze proposed legislation and regulatory changes to assess potential implications and provide recommendations to the company/internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Facilitate the permitting process for mining operations, including securing exploration permits, mining licenses, environmental permits and other regulatory approvals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including environmental standards, land use regulations, and safety protocols.
- Provide regular updates and reports to SEA manager and Govrel Manager on government relations activities and regulatory developments.
- Input key data on government relationships into the database and project trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key government officials and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to influence government policies and decisions to benefit the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment with government policies and regulations.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Communication, Social

Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Has experience minimum of 3 years with related scope.
- Good English skills (verbal & written) essential.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent Public speaking with sincerity and passion, conveying genuine enthusiasm
