Responsibilites:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and goals.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, compensation, and employee relations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to HR teams across the group of companies to ensure consistency and effectiveness in HR practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify workforce needs and develop plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all regions where the company operates.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasts, and reports for the group.Lead change management initiatives and organizational development efforts to support business growth and transformation.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior executives by providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Over 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
- Experience managing HR functions in conglomerate companies with 5000+ employees.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Preferred Qualifications:Experience in mergers and acquisitions and post-merger integration.Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
- Previous experience working in diverse cultural environments.Strong network within the HR community and industry associations.
