Group Tenant Manager & Concession

Responsibilities:

- Streamlining tenant selection and administration processes.
- Implementing effective procedures such as careful screening of potential tenants.
- Establishing clear lease agreements.
- Ongoing monitoring of tenant activities and compliance.
- Providing detailed explanations of lease agreements to tenants.
- Communicating tenant responsibilities and ensuring understanding of in-house rules.
- Handling all necessary paperwork related to tenant agreements.
- Ensuring proper customer service for tenants.
- Building and maintaining close relationships between tenants and management.
- Supporting business goals through effective tenant management.
- Serving as the primary point of contact to represent M Bloc Group management.
- Handling communication and interactions between tenants and management.
- Creating and disseminating tenant communications, including letters, invoices, and organizing meetings.
- Managing branding and sponsorship placement within tenant spaces.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of responsible experience, indicating a seasoned professional.
- Understanding of business administration and property management.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong human relations skills, emphasizing the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and colleagues.
- Proficient in computer skills
- Ability to coordinate tasks and activities effectively, suggesting organizational and multitasking capabilities.
