Growth Analyst

As a Growth Analyst, you will use data to inform business strategy and propagate the company's main growth engine.
You will work hand in hand with our business departments, product and data team creating a data-driven culture to maximize impact.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop a thorough understanding of the causal chains affecting the growth of Alodokter

Identify the domains containing the best opportunities to improve

Generate credible hypotheses for specific actions that will lead to an acceleration of growth

Create, plan and execute experiments that reliably test hypotheses

Support the company using real time measurement and forecasting to empower decision making
Bachelor's degree in quantitive field, economics, business management or similar (Master's degree a plus)

Strong analytic and quantitative skills

Excellent written, oral, and communication skills

Outstanding level of English

Self-motivated and personally driven

Flexible thinker, highly adaptable and able to juggle competing priorities

Not afraid to bring new ideas, a point of view and willing to challenge the status quo
