- ** Develop and run end-to-end experimentation to identify the most effective pricing and growth strategy to achieve company goals**:
- ** Prepare detailed decks and reports of financial and operational metrics to update stakeholders on progress and performance**:
- ** Proactively initiate and execute ideas through collaborating with BD, Marketing, Ops, and Product teams to reach team KR and goals**:
- ** Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of various promotion processes**:
- ** To manage and operate all growth-related features including but not limited to subscriptions, algorithm-backed promotion, and recommendation features**:
- ** Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop an analysis that leads to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of growth strategy**
**Requirements**:
- ** Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines**:
- ** Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in Audit, Financial Planning, Budget Management, Cost Analysis, or similar role experience in the food-delivery or e-commerce Industry would be a plus**:
- ** High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and have fundamental knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)**:
- ** Ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities and formulate effective strategies to achieve business objectives**:
- ** Excellent communication skill to communicate and manage various stakeholders**:
- ** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to adjust strategies and plans in response to changing circumstances and market conditions**:
