One of Our Client in Fitness & Gym industry is seeking an energetic and experienced Gym Manager to join the team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing external relationships while supporting internal operations. While our Club Supervisor oversees internal matters, the Gym Manager will focus on building connections with external stakeholders, enhancing brand presence, and driving growth opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners including vendors, local businesses, community organizations, and potential corporate clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase membership and revenue through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Club Supervisor to ensure smooth internal operations, including staff management, scheduling, and member services.
- Plan and organize promotional events, workshops, and outreach programs to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our club at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings.
**Requirements**:
- Immediate availability to join the team.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the gym or fitness industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of fitness sales and marketing principles.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful external relationships.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
