Job Description Act As A Strategic Partner To The Leadership Team, Providing HR Expertise And Guidance On IR And Strategic HR Initiatives.
Lead And Oversee The Investor Relations Function, Ensuring Effective Communication With Investors And Stakeholders.Collaborate With Executive Leadership To Develop And Execute HR Initiatives That Support Organizational Growth And Performance Improvement.Drive Talent Acquisition Strategies, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Performance Management, And Succession Planning.Monitor And Analyze HR Metrics To Identify Trends And Recommend HR Solutions To Enhance Organizational Effectiveness And Efficiency.Develop And Implement HR Strategies Aligned With The Company's Business Objectives And Holding Company Requirements.Requirement Proven experience in a Human Capital or HR managerial role with 7-10 years of experienceStrong understanding of investor relations and experience in managing communications with investors and stakeholders.Proficiency in strategic HR planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.Experience working in a holding company environment, managing HR functions across multiple entities.Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR insights, influence decision-making, and collaborate with senior leadership.
