**Job Descriptions**:

- Check and maintain employee attendance.
- Verification and follow up of mandatory e-recruitment documents.
- Prepare MPP documents (contracts and permanent appointments), start the process of needs analysis, verification, checking employee data, and justification.
- Medical claim and monitoring employee attendance process, and reporting costs and activities to corporate.
- Make employee turnover reports.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR Management/Psychology/Management.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same field.
- Having knowledge in the labor law.
- Having knowledge to make Annual Budget.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
