About The Role

Head of Above the Line (ATL) Marketing Pocari Sweat will lead all communication for Pocari Sweat through a powerful and innovative marketing campaigns.
This role requires strong agility with a strong analytical, creative-mind, and good skills of visual communications.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible to translate brand strategies into innovative marketing activities that help brand to create powerful campaign

Oversees the production of all marketing campaigns and promotional materials, including to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Working closely with cross-functional teams within Pocari Sweat team: including Digital, BTL, sales team to ensure campaign works well

Leading communication with creative agency and collaboration with external partners that support the campaign: Media, and Digital Agencies to produce effective marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:
Bachelor/ Master degree in marketing, communications, or related fields from reputable universities

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing from FMCG companies/creative agencies are preferred

Involved into at least 3 TVCs/campaigns per year, is preferred

Highly passionate for creative world, not limited to campaigns, but also digital trends, market trends, etc.
Good command, written and verbal, in English and Indonesian
