Our client is looking for a Head of Accounting & Tax. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.**Requirements**:- Minimum 8 years of experience in securities company accounting and tax.- Preferably with a background in Big 4 audit and certification in accounting and tax (CMA, CPA, Ak Brevet).**Responsibilities**:- Lead all Accounting & Tax activities to enhance work quality, ensuring optimal contribution to the company.- Coach and develop personnel to boost performance and motivation.- Coordinate with internal departments and external entities such as Regulators, Banks, Auditors, and Tax Offices.- Supervise the Accounting Unit in executing core functions of the Accounting & Tax unit.
