**YOUR ROLE**:
- Drives sub-regional / local execution of Strategic Business Unit strategy to achieve agreed planning targets, including full P&L responsibility
- Regularly reviews progress against targets per country / cluster / segment and develops plans to address deviations
- Ensures accurate rolling forecast, annual business plan (KP) and long-term strategic plan (TP)
- Develops structures and processes to empower sub-region / country to reach goals, e.g. handles and optimizes local infrastructure topics
- Represents BU in sub-region/country and coordinates interface topics with other BUs and functions locally (e.g., sets up cross-SBU business processes, shares business development plans, moderates in case of conflict etc.)
- Acts as responsible for governance and legal obligations, and coordinates sub-regional / country administrative / back-office topics
- Plans and organizes sub-regional / local resources (people, capacity, investments) to ensure target achievement
- Leads and develops a team of ~50 FTE
- Drives culture - creates and shapes an innovative, collaborative, and inspiring working culture
- Drives customer relations and strong operations
- Supports M&A locally including integration
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Possess at least 10 years of commercial experience, from general management, sales, marketing etc in the
- General Manufacturing & Maintenance business
- At least 2 years of international / regional work experience
- Experience influencing and communicating ideas to drive change
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurship
- Strong people management skills and able to develop people and lead cross-functional teams
